Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing the gathering and analyzing of consultant, customer and commissions data to provide valuable insights into preferences and behaviors. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve consultant performance, growth strategies, and commission optimization.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
+ Identify and implement ideal methodology and provide oversight of the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.
+ Leverage research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities.
+ Convey analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports.
+ Participate in cross-functional discussions, providing analysis expertise, offering innovative solutions.
+ Provide deep-dive analytical support for commissions, compliance, network performance metrics, and forecasting.
+ Identify data gaps and work with internal partners to resolve them / or find a workable solution.
+ Work closely with IT Commission Development team as business representative to ensure accurate reporting, calculation and monitoring of commissions.
+ Ensure processing of large data sets to accurately create payment files for upload and assist with researching any issues that arise from payment files.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
+ 5+ years work related experience
+ Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to the above skills.
+ Retail sales experience with a proven track record supporting sales teams via analytics, tactical projects and customer experience events.
+ Strong to expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills using SAS, SQL, Python, Excel and Power BI.
+ Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story.
+ Strong knowledge of business visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
+ Strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills.
