**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Industrial Millwrights** for projects located in **Tacoma, WA** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$30-40/hour** based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Perform mechanical tear-down, repair, and rebuild of industrial equipment during scheduled shutdowns

+ Use cutting and welding tools for modifications and repairs

+ Lead or coordinate tasks with other trades and crew members

+ Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

+ Ensure safe, high-quality work under tight time-lines

Requirements

+ 10+ years of industrial millwright experience

+ Strong skills in welding, cutting, rigging, and mechanical repairs

+ Able to work long hours during shutdowns, including nights/weekends

+ Willing to travel to various job sites
