    Responsibilities:

    + Perform precise measurements using metrology tools and equipment.

    + Conduct measurements on products and contamination.

    + Calibrate, maintain, and repair metrology equipment and tools.

    + Document and report all measurement, calibration, and test results.

    + Identify and solve any problems that may affect the accuracy of measurements.

    + Collaborate with engineering teams to identify measurement requirements.

    + Develop, implement, and maintain calibration processes and procedures.

    + Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures.

    + Work as part of a team of Metrology Technicians to provide accurate results to the engineering team.

    + Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the measurement process.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a Metrology Technician or similar role.

    + Associate degree in Metrology, Engineering, or a relevant field; certification in metrology is a plus.

    + Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

    + Understanding of technical prints.

    + Prior experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).

    + Knowledge of metrology principles and measurement tools.

    + Experience with calibration procedures.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills.

    + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

    + Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineering teams.

    + Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
