    Job Description

    Essential Job Functions

     

    + Maintain positive, progressive, and productive attitude toward plant targets and objectives regarding reliability, accountability, safety, integrity, quality, and productivity as a unified goal.

    + Use of hand-held controls to operate an overhead crane in a safe/efficient manner.

    + Working with the shipping team and production crew to ensure that parts are moved and staged in accordance with business needs.

    + Read blueprints to install copper and aluminum conductors using hand tools and torque wrenches

    + Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. consistently and safely.

    + Provide troubleshooting assistance

    + Document/report all production quality requirements and any performance gaps

    + Provide support for general engineering and electrical activities as required.

    + Overtime when our workload demands.
