Job Description:

+ We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented contractor to support **in vitro immunology assays** within our group. The ideal candidate will assist with various aspects of **T cell and dendritic cell functional assays,** including **sample preparation, flow cytometry, and data handling.** This role requires excellent lab skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently under general supervision.

Responsibilities:

+ Hands-on experience with cell culture and **flow cytometry (minimum 8 colors) is required.**

+ Familiarity with **human primary immune cells** (e.g., PBMCs) is strongly preferred.

+ Perform in vitro assays (e.g., **T cell proliferation, cytokine release, DCs** co-cultures)

+ Follow standard protocols and assist with troubleshooting as needed.

+ Good organizational and documentation skills.

Education:

+ BS with a minimum of **5 years** or MS with a minimum of **3 years** of experience in immunology, cell biology or related field.
