    About This Role

     

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leads the full-cycle recruitment processes and programs for Ace Hardware’s corporate hiring efforts. In addition, this role develops recruiting strategies and programs based on business needs and priorities to ensure an ongoing pipeline of top talent into the organization.

     

    The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and hiring relationships to ultimately help drive Ace’s future growth via our greatest asset – our people.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Ace Hardware, you are responsible for the delivery of excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle across the Ace Enterprise, which includes Ace Hardware Corporate, and our subsidiaries Emery Jensen Distribution & Ace International Holdings.

     

    + You plan, develop, lead and execute full life-cycle recruitment processes and programs, ensuring all recruiting activities represent Ace’s employer brand and values.

    + You actively influence hiring managers, candidates and HRBPs through the full-life cycle of recruitment process, with a key focus on providing a positive and consistent candidate experience.

    + You lead strategic sourcing strategies to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery.

    + You maintain and evolve your knowledge of external trends in recruiting to drive excellence in your approach, and proactively drive towards innovation and continuous improvement.

    + You collaborate on employer brand initiatives, driving focus on the candidate experience, find opportunities to automate selection processes, and use AI to drive speed and efficiency.

    + You build strong and consultative relationships and provide advice and coaching on standard methodologies.

    + You are accountable for effective use of recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage with internal and external talent across the Ace Enterprise.

    Required Skills

    + Minimum of 5 years of corporate recruitment experience, with strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to senior leadership.

    + Experience managing a high-volume recruiting workload (i.e. 40 plus openings at a variety of levels).

    + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong follow-up collaboration skills.

    + Knowledge of Employment Law.

    + Strong sourcing skills (you are proficient in utilizing various sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates).

    + Ability to work at Corporate Headquarters in Oak Brook, IL.

    + Ability to travel 10-15% to local and Out-of-State Career Fairs, Ace Conventions, Offsite Training, etc.

    Preferred Skills

    + You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sourcing, TA, or HR are a plus.

    + Prior experience in supporting high volume recruitment for IT, merchandising, inventory and category management in corporate retail environments.

    + Experience working with Workday ATS and Paradox scheduling system.

    $86700-$108500
