Job Description:

This role involves loading batteries into tools, connecting to the "Tool Connect" app, and reporting/testing system responses for the client's development team.

Scope of Work:

A simple SOW for a test technician who can work with web and mobile applications, as well as physically interact with tools (e.g., swapping batteries, powering devices on/off), without performing actual tool work. The purpose is to support testing and data collection to monitor system performance.

Responsibilities:

+ Follow all established testing protocols as designed by the client's engineering organization.

+ Prepare and provide accurate and meaningful test data to the engineering team.

+ Ensure all testing equipment is functional and capable of evaluating prototypes, new, and existing products or components.

+ Write clear and comprehensive test reports summarizing findings.

+ Modify, assemble, and prepare products for testing.

+ Build test fixtures and equipment with limited supervision.

+ Monitor and execute various manual and automated tests.

+ Collaborate with key stakeholders—including remote engineers and contractors across different locations and time zones—to support product requirements and specifications.
