    Summary:

    Meta is committed to advancing open source AI and empowering partners to leverage our models to their fullest extent. As a Channel Partner Engineer on the Llama team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and partners. The work you do in this role may include: working directly with Llama Channel Partners, supporting and leading presenting engagements, working with internal teams and Partners to gather model feedback, working on model evaluations, developing proofs of concept, and/or developing examples, recipes, and evals. You will develop scalable solutions and enhance our partner engineering processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our AI models across broad partner infrastructures.

    Required Skills:

    Partner Engineer, Llama Responsibilities:

    1. Support and execute enablement projects for partners and developers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables

    2. Gather and analyze partner requirements, translating them into technical specifications and implementation plans

    3. Develop and maintain technical documentation for partner deployments, including integration guides and best practices

    4. Troubleshoot and resolve partner-specific issues, providing timely and effective support

    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive continuous improvement

    6. Assist in the optimization of Llama model deployments within partner infrastructures

    7. Contribute to the development of scalable solutions for partner enablement

    8. Participate in partner-facing technical discussions and presentations

    9. Support the creation and maintenance of business function-specific evaluations and benchmarks

    10. Collect and document technical feedback from partners and their customers

    Minimum Qualifications:

    11. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta

    12. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

    13. 3+ years of experience in software engineering, partner engineering, or related technical roles

    14. Demonstrated experience in understanding AI/ML technologies, cloud infrastructures, and enterprise software deployments

    15. Proven problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues

    16. Demonstrated communication skills, with the experience to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

    17. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++)

    18. Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices in AI/ML deployments

    19. Experience building Gen AI Apps

    20. Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Google Cloud AI Platform

    21. Familiarity with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies

    22. Experience with performance tuning and optimizing AI models

    23. Experience working with businesses on AI/ML deployments

    24. Experience working with Llama or other large language models

    Public Compensation:

    $117,000/year to $173,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
