Expected salary range of $112,500 to $125,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Primary licensee contact for stand-alone Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). Includes programmatic support for site activities, oversight of security force and planning and project management of all other required site support activities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
+ Supervision and support of Security Operations, Training and Access Authorization programs.
+ Programmatic support including budget and long-range forecasts, and day-to-day finance and contract management.
+ Management of non-security day-to-day activities and cross-functional coordination for Emergency Preparedness, Radiation Protection, Environmental, Maintenance and other required functions.
+ Management of inspections, drills and audits and external interface.
+ Project Management for Peach Bottom Unit 1 characterization and SAFSTOR. Includes planning for minor decommissioning work as applicable.
+ Provide support for decommissioning project planning and other related activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience OR
+ Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR
+ Associate degree with 7 years overall of related experience OR
+ High school diploma or equivalent with 9-years of related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Advanced degree in a relevant discipline
+ Experience in nuclear power
