    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

    + Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and minor mobile equipment repairs on a rotational basis.

    + Conduct pre-shift autonomous inspections and report findings.

    + Monitor and maintain quarry water pumps and related systems.

    + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Ability to operate and troubleshoot plant and mobile equipment safely and effectively.

    + Familiarity with lubrication practices, basic mechanical repairs, and pump systems.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

    + Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

    + Capability to perform physical tasks and work in varying outdoor conditions.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

    + Manual dexterity to operate tools, controls, and machinery.

    + Visual and auditory ability to detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions.

    + Tolerance for working in dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environments.

    + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

    + Starting Pay $23.68 per hour DOE
