    Summary:

    We are looking for a salesperson with an understanding of electrical medium voltage and industrial electrical systems. The salesperson will be expected to grow market share and relationships with industrial/medium voltage accounts. It is expected that the salesperson supports the team and efforts of the store. Compensation in based on the profit-sharing model.

     

    Training will depend on the candidates knowledge and the needs of the team. Candidates should expect to spend a significant amount of time learning in the warehouse and working in inside sales to learn products, processes, and develop relationships.

     

    Reports to: Profit Center Manager

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Previous work in an Electrical Industrial field

    + Computer skills including Word and Excel.

    + Good driving record.

    + Math skills that include calculating percentages, decimals and multipliers.

    ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

    + Ability to work with a team.

    + Strong written and oral communication skills.

    + Detail oriented, attentive.

    + Driven, assertive, motivated.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Working Conditions:

    + Visits to on site applications varying from coal mines to OEM facilities.

    + This position operates in a professional office environment which may require sitting for extended periods.

    + Position requires routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, filing cabinets

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities: No

    + Discover and grow account that promote good business.

    + Resolve customer problems and product inquiries.

    + Build quotes, organize jobs, offer equivalent alternatives with the help of vendors.

    + Develop relationships with key vendors that support growing business.

    + Support team goals and processes.

    + Help put away freight, receive/ship inventory, maintain customer property, help with customer sales, answer phone calls.

    + Participate in training session to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

    + An attitude to win.

    + Ass to the efficiencies of our growing team.

    Compensation Range:

    The compensation range for this position is $55000 to $63000 annually.
