    Overview:

    We"re seeking a skilled CMM Programmer / Dimensional Inspector to support New Product Introductions (NPI) and precision measurement activities at our AS9100-certified aerospace foundry and tubing plant. This role involves creating CMM programs, executing inspections, and training others on dimensional inspection processes for cast and machined components.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Program and operate CMM equipment (PC-DMIS) for in-process and final part inspections

    * Analyze features to GD&T specifications and generate layout and First Article (FAI) reports

    * Conduct Gage R&R and Process Capability studies to support production readiness

    * Train team members on inspection planning, troubleshooting, and production constraints

    * Support identification and resolution of dimensional nonconformities

    Qualifications:

    * Hands-on experience programming and editing CMM programs in PC-DMIS

    * Solid understanding of GD&T and its application in inspection

    * Proficiency in Gage R&R and Process Capability (Cpk) studies

    * Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills

    * AS or BS Degree in engineering or manufacturing preferred

    * Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required.
