• Payroll & Benefits Specialist

    Robert Half Finance & Accounting (Norcross, GA)


    Description

    Roles/Responsibilities:

    + Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and on time

    + Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries

    + Administer employee benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and leave programs

    + Support onboarding and offboarding tasks related to payroll and benefits

    + Ensure compliance with state and federal laws (e.g., tax filings, reporting)

    + Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll/benefits issues

    + Assist with audits, reports, and reconciliations as needed

    + Participate in HR Process Improvements

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 5+ years of payroll and/or benefits administration experience

    + Familiarity with payroll software (iSolved, is a PLUS)

    + Skilled in building positive working relationships across teams

    + Business Acumen

    + Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

    + Basic knowledge of employment and tax regulations

    + Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively
