Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sorting, logging, and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Maintain and restock office pantries and supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace.

• Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including arranging furniture such as tables and chairs.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed for office operations.

• Operate and troubleshoot equipment, such as Pitney Bowes mail machines, to ensure smooth workflow.

• Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and facilities staff to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Work autonomously, managing day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Log and track package deliveries accurately to maintain records.

• Take on additional projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of one year of office service experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or corporate environment.

• Familiarity with mail handling procedures and office equipment; experience with Pitney Bowes machines is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision.

• Reliable transportation is necessary due to limited public transit options.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Customer service experience, with a focus on creating positive client interactions.
