    *Position Summary:*

    Under the direction of the Nurse Manager/RN, and in collaboration with other members of the Patient Care Team, provides secretarial and clinical support by performing non-direct and direct day-to-day care of patients and families. Provides population specific care to meet the developmental needs of those patients we serve. This is accomplished by completion of care assignments.

    *Required:*High School diploma or GED

    *Preferred:*Minimum of six months’ clerical support experience. Medical Secretarial Course or equivalent. Completion of one of the following: Qualified nursing assistant program, MMC patient care assistant program, MMC nursing assistant transition program or be provided on the job training and education through Conemaugh’s PCA course. Microsoft Work & Excel
