Description We are looking for a talented Senior Art Director to join our team in Miami, Florida, on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee the creation of exceptional visual assets across print, digital, video, and interactive platforms, ensuring all deliverables align with strategic goals and brand standards. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to produce innovative designs that effectively convey marketing messages and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sophisticated visual concepts for print, digital, and interactive media that align with brand strategy and guidelines.

• Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency in the brand’s platform, look, and feel across all projects.

• Coordinate and lead all aspects of photo shoots, including budgeting, selecting photographers, casting, scheduling, and art direction.

• Manage the timely delivery of diverse creative projects while adhering to budget constraints.

• Design high-quality collateral materials, including brochures and ship inaugural pieces, ranging from single-page designs to larger projects of up to 140 pages.

• Collaborate with writers, production artists, marketing representatives, and business owners to ensure designs successfully communicate the desired message.

• Oversee the creation of advertisements, banner ads, and other promotional assets to drive brand awareness.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash, to execute designs effectively.

• Analyze insights from platforms like Facebook to inform creative strategies and optimize campaigns. Requirements • Proven experience as a Senior Art Director, preferably in the tourism or related industries.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating print, digital, and interactive designs.

• Experience with brand development and maintaining brand consistency across multiple platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage photo shoots, including budgeting and team coordination.

• Knowledge of social media insights, particularly Facebook, to enhance creative strategies.

• Ability to produce high-quality collateral materials such as brochures and advertisements.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Innovation starts with people.®
