    Description

    Overview:

    Our healthcare client is seeking a Platform Developer with strong experience in low-code/no-code platforms and JavaScript scripting to support and enhance their enterprise IT systems. This is a contract-to-hire role with a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a mission-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Configure and customize low-code/no-code platforms to support ITSM workflows and automation.

    + Develop and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript (ECMAScript) to extend platform functionality.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement onboarding workflows and task automation.

    + Support and enhance existing platforms including Ivanti Heat and Intercontact IVR, with a future migration to ServiceNow.

    + Work closely with business units like Labor Relations to build custom fields and workflows tailored to their needs.

    + Integrate SaaS applications using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure secure role-based access control (RBAC).

    + Analyze and optimize data models, reporting, and dashboarding using SQL and scripting tools.

    Requirements

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + 3+ years of experience in platform development or enterprise application engineering.

    + Strong proficiency in JavaScript (required).

    + Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation.

    + Familiarity with ITSM/ITOM systems such as Ivanti, ServiceNow, or similar.

    + Experience with SaaS application configuration and API integrations.

    + Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools.

    + Background in healthcare IT is required.

    + Platforms: ServiceNow, Ivanti Neurons, Jira Service Management, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle Fusion

    + Scripting: JavaScript, Python, PowerShell

    + Data Tools: SSIS, Talend, Boomi, SnapLogic

    + Monitoring: PagerDuty, Datadog, SumoLogic

    + Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP
