    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator - Associate to join our team in Miamisburg, Ohio. This is a contract position requiring a commitment of 30 hours per week on-site. In this role, you will support office operations and administrative functions with a focus on maintaining efficient workflows and clear communication.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming phone calls and provide courteous assistance to clients.

    • Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring all logistics are properly coordinated.

    • Perform typing tasks and maintain accurate records and documentation.

    • Manage filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.

    • Facilitate conference calls and support virtual communications using Microsoft Teams.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

    • Lead special projects and assist in implementing innovative solutions for improved efficiency.

    • Distribute incoming mail and ensure timely delivery of correspondence.

    • Organize and coordinate meetings, maintaining a structured agenda and follow-up.

    • Support various administrative duties while maintaining a high level of organizational skill. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration and communication.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.

    • Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

    • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

    • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles or office assistance.

    • Ability to handle incoming calls professionally and provide exceptional client service.
