    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Developer to support and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customizations, integrations, and reports within our ERP environment to meet evolving business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules based on business requirements

    + Design and implement data integrations between ERP and third-party systems using APIs, web services, and ETL tools

    + Collaborate with business analysts and functional leads to translate requirements into technical solutions

    + Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, bugs, and performance problems

    + Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, interfaces, and development standards

    + Support ERP upgrades, patching, and performance tuning efforts

    + Participate in user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and post-deployment support

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls, security protocols, and software development best practices

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

    + 3+ years of ERP development experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Infor, etc.)

    + Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, C#, Java, or .NET

    + Experience with ERP integration tools and frameworks (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, SSIS, Boomi, MuleSoft)

    + Strong understanding of database structures, reporting, and data modeling

    + Solid experience working in cross-functional teams with finance, supply chain, or HR business units

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience in ERP system implementations or major upgrades

    + Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms

    + Knowledge of Agile development methodologies

    + Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
