• Patient Service Representative

    Summary:

    The Patient Service Representative is an ambassador and point of contact for practices and patients in our community. This position serves as the primary point of contact for patients, acting as an information conduit between patient and provider practices and coordinating ancillary services associated with patient health care needs.

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. • Minimum of one-year, direct experience preferred. • Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong computer and telephone skills. • The ability to speak, read, write, and understand written instructions in English is required
