*Description*

JOB SUMMARY: Prepares Breakfast for patients, including special diets for lunch and dinner. Helps in the preparation of lunch for staff members, prepares some desserts for patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Ability to read and write English, follow oral and written directions and make simple calculations. Safe serve certificate preferred.

Licensure/Registration/Certification: To obtain Safe Serve Certificate within one year of employment.

Work Experience: One year cooking in a hospital or institution.

Physical & Other Factors: Stands, moves quickly, most of the day. Must be able to stoop, bend and reach, able to lift 50 lbs. Company: Putnam Hospital Center
