BHI, a nationally recognized and respected leader in construction services, is seeking a dedicated Laborer/Swamper to join our traveling team based out of Ogden, Utah. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. As a Swamper, you will play a crucial part in our operations, by assisting the Vac Truck Operator with the daily operations of hydro excavation and vacuum services on industrial, construction, and municipal job sites. This role is essential for ensure safe, efficient, and effective support on site by handling hoses, prepping work areas, operating equipment under supervision, and maintaining cleanliness and safety around the job sites.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20-$28, commensurate with experience. You'll work approximately 40-50 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility required for traveling part-time to various job sites.
