    + Drive Talent Acquisition: Take an active role in recruiting by phone screening top candidates, coordinating interviews, and contributing to debrief sessions that help bring the best talent on board.

    + Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration or similar degree.

    + Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    + Presents self in a professional appearance and manner

    + Organized, efficient and able to multi-task

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues

    + This position requires onsite work at our facility located in Slater, Missouri, and is not eligible for relocation.
