Senior Analyst, Working Capital & CAPEX

The Working Capital and CAPEX Senior Analyst will be primarily accountable for reporting and consolidating several KPIs accurately and timely, including Days Inventory, Days Payables, Days Sales Oustanding, and budgeted capital expenditure for Signature Aviation. Along with the Director, the Senior Analyst, will be responsible for identifying cash opportunities supporting Signature's future and existing projects funding. On a monthly/annual basis, budgeting and forecasting activities will be managed by partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders and supporting all ad-hoc requirements of FP&A, ELT, and Board members. This role will report to the Director of Working Capital and Capital Expenditure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. **Advanced Working Capital Analysis and Reporting:** Conduct comprehensive examinations of Working Capital KPIs (DSO, DIO, and DPO), including deep dive of each by location, terms, and actions to take for improvement.
2. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Lead in-depth discussions and partner with local General Managers to develop action items for improvement of Working Capital. Proactively work with operational cross-functional teams to drive deliverables of reporting for the Capital Committee process, including latest capital expenditure reporting with a 5-year outlook versus the current year budget and by the project.
3. **Financial Modeling and Forecasting:** Develop sophisticated financial forecasting models and identify new and emerging reporting and analytical needs from the business. Automate and streamline business processes using Power BI including a weekly capital scorecard to be distributed to the field and Executive Leadership. Create financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives (mainly modeling on Fuel Farms) and work with cross-functional teams to manage post mortem of such projects; Support business modeling for Capital projects as needed.
4. **Continuous Improvement:** Lead spend optimization deliverables by benchmarking construction/project costs across FBOs to ensure reasonable vendor pricing as well as triangulation of spend/cash per project and forecast accuracy. Monitor projects post approval in partnership with the construction team and third party contractors to evaluate CAPEX timing, spend and returns are aligned to original model.
5. **Presentation Mastery:** Create and deliver engaging, data-driven presentations for Executive Leadership and other top-tier management and external partners.
6. **Culture:** Assist Director with instilling and driving forward the culture of Finance Business Partnering within the organization
Supervisor and Financial Responsibilities:
+ Primarily interacts with Operations/General Managers, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, and Airport Relations
+ Daily interactions with individual contributors in professional roles
+ Regular interactions with key stakeholders
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
+ 5-7 years experience in Accounting, FP&A or Business Analystics.
+ Bachlelors in Accounting, Finance, or Business four-year college or university
+ Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
+ Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a record of leading cross-functional initiatives
+ Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data outcomes.
+ Prior financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis experience preferred.

+ Exceptional attention to detail, ability to solve problems, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Must be able to prioritize and manage concurrent projects and issues skillfully.
+ Experience working with cross-functional/cross-departmental and virtual teams at a senior level.
+ Ability to apply logical and critical thinking principles to various intellectual and practical problems.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
+ Proficient in connecting to different data sources, transforming data, and creating visualizations that can help identify trends and insights using Power BI and/or Tableau.
