    Position Summary

    In this position you will be responsible for the review of refund checks from providers and/or members to determine if a claim is overpaid. If the claim is overpaid, choose detailed reason for overpayment, and add information into the overpayment tracking system (OPT). Flex time is available however, core business hours are from 8am EST to 4pm EST and you may be asked to adjust your schedule if meetings are scheduled during core business hours.

    Required Qualifications

    2 years HRP claims processing or customer service experience

     

    -SCM system

    -ASD

    -OPT-not required, can train

     

    Experience in a production environment

     

    Self-starter

     

    Works well independently

     

    Works well in a group setting

     

    Exhibits all Heart at Work Behaviors

     

    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently

     

    Adapts well to change

     

    Time management skills

     

    Microsoft Office Products - Outlook, Word, Excel

     

    -Provider services -processing or phone background.

    ACAS Provider Contract - ability to read and interpret

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $18.50 - $35.29

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
