Are you an experienced automotive technician or leader ready to take the next step in your career? Priority Honda Hampton is looking for a Shop Foreman to lead our high-performing service team. This is your opportunity to join a trusted dealership known for its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and employee success.

What You’ll Do:

+ Supervise and support our team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced service environment

+ Ensure all repairs are performed efficiently, accurately, and meet dealership standards

+ Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department for smooth operations

+ Provide technical guidance and training to technicians

+ Monitor shop workflow and prioritize jobs to maximize productivity

What We’re Looking For:

+ ASE-certified technician or equivalent experience (Honda/Acura experience a plus)

+ Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor others

+ Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and time management skills

+ Excellent communication and organizational abilities

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
