    BMW of Des Moines is seeking an experienced and results-driven Variable Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. If you’re a proven leader with deep Automotive F&I knowledge, a stable employment history, and a passion for exceeding goals—we want to talk to you.

    What We’re Looking For:

    We’re searching for a seasoned sales manager who has:

    + A verifiable track record of building and managing top-performing sales teams.

    + Proven success in automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) and structuring profitable deals.

    + Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

    + A strategic mindset with a willingness to think outside the box to increase sales volume and profitability.

    + A leadership style grounded in integrity, performance, and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and coach the sales team to exceed monthly and annual performance targets.

    + Structure vehicle deals to optimize profit and customer satisfaction.

    + Work closely with lenders to secure competitive financing for customers.

    + Oversee the finalization of all purchase and lease transactions with precision and compliance.

    + Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to identify new growth opportunities.

    + Inspire a team-driven atmosphere focused on accountability, productivity, and exceptional customer service.

    + Continuously analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to improve results.

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience, preferably in a highline or luxury brand.

    + Strong understanding of F&I processes and compliance standards.

    + Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and developing high-performing sales professionals.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

    + Professional presence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
