We are seeing a full-time, permanent/direct-hire Industrial Maintenance Technician opportunity in Whitestown, IN with a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer.

We are seeking a skilled industrial Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of our facility’s conveyor and control systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of essential equipment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Schedule** :

+ Monday – Thursday; 4:45pm – 3:15am

+ Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 5pm – 5am

The position comes with:   

+ **Annual Salary:** $22 – $35/hr, depending on experience

+ **Paid Time Off:** 3 weeks of PTO for new hires, plus paid holidays, floating holidays, and sick days

+ **Medical:** United Healthcare – $24.89/week (single) or $151.36/week (family)
