We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized **Studio Merchandise Coordinator** to join our dynamic photo studio team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the flow of merchandise in and out of the studio — supporting everything from shoot prep to product returns. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys hands-on work, and loves working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, this is the job for you.

What You'll Do

+ Manage inbound and outbound product flow: receiving, staging, inventory put-away, and shipping

+ Support daily merchandising tasks for shoot preparation

+ Collaborate with studio and pre-production teams to meet tight production timelines

+ Maintain quality and consistency by tagging, tracking, and monitoring merchandise status

+ Keep inventory accurate and organized throughout all phases of production

+ Help process merchandise liquidation after production is complete

+ Identify and communicate merchandise issues as they arise

+ Organize and maintain inventory storage areas

+ Perform seasonal and recurring operational tasks

+ Take on additional responsibilities as needed

What You'll Bring

+ 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, retail, customer service, or stockroom operations

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills

+ High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

+ Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

+ Technical aptitude — Excel skills are a plus

+ Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing stairs, etc.)

This is an **on-site position** and requires availability **Monday through Friday** during one of the following shifts: Monday-Friday 9am-4pm

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
