Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

• Deliver on-site and virtual reimbursement education, including Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorizations, Medicare/Commercial coverage, and co-pay/patient assistance programs

• Provide case management and support for appropriate claims submission, billing and coding, appeals, and Specialty Pharmacy navigation

• Collaborate with physicians and manufacturer representatives, set up appointments, complete outbound calls, and maintain detailed records in CRM for client reporting

• Monitor performance in alignment with program expectations, providing trend reporting and survey-based feedback as needed

Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Must reside in NY and be able to travel up to 80% of the time (4 days per week); clean driving record required (MVR will be run)

• Minimum 8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience, including Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, Medicare, and commercial insurance

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; experience with Hubs or CoverMyMeds preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and customer service skills

• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or retail drug space is strongly preferred

**Pay Details:** $55.29 to $60.10 per hour
