This is a **hybrid role** —you’ll work remotely with **in-office days every other Tuesday and Thursday** .

Required Experience and Skills:

+ 1 year **of medical billing experience** (Medicare experience preferred).

+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** .

+ Able to work **on site** in Monroeville, PA every other Tuesday and Thursday

In this role, you’ll support the pharmacy revenue cycle by assisting with insurance verification, billing, compliance, and customer service. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate billing, smooth revenue flow, and regulatory compliance.

**Pay Rate-** The anticipated wage for this position is between $ $19.00 and $ 19.45.

Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors

• What You’ll Do

+ Monitor and support the revenue cycle process to ensure optimal financial performance.

+ Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce errors.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce new technologies and standardized procedures.

+ Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other billing regulations.

+ Audit processes and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.

+ Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

+ Analyze and report on financial performance related to clinical departments.

+ Set and support individual performance goals within the team.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $19.45 per hour
