    HVAC Service Technician

    **Location:** Sparks, NV

    A well-established, family-owned HVAC company that has proudly served the Nevada region for over a decade is looking to add an experienced **HVAC Service Technician** to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who values long-term stability, enjoys being part of a close-knit team, and takes pride in delivering top-quality service.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling units

    + Repair or replace faulty components

    + Install and service duct systems

    + Deliver outstanding customer service during on-site visits

    + Maintain accurate service records and documentation

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

    Schedule & Compensation:

    + Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    What We’re Looking For:

    + **Good job stability** and track record of reliability

    + **EPA Certification** (required)

    + Solid experience in HVAC servicing, troubleshooting, and ductwork

    + Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols

    + Clean driver’s license and driving record

    + Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
