Shipping Department Supervisor

**Location:** Rock Hill, SC (On-site)

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re seeking an experienced and driven **Shipping Department Supervisor** to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations for a busy industrial facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong logistics background and a passion for team development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

+ Train, lead, and evaluate the performance of the shipping team

+ Coordinate closely with inventory, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline order processing

+ Maintain shipping schedules and ensure compliance with quality control standards

+ Monitor shipping KPIs, budgets, and overall team performance

+ Enforce OSHA and safety regulations across all shipping activities

+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics processes

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred

+ 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or shipping environment

+ Proficient in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

+ Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
