    Primary Duties

    Machine Operator – Multiple Shifts Available

     

    Employment Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level Welcome

     

    Dayton Parts is hiring Machine Operators to support production across multiple departments. This hands-on role involves operating machinery in forging, heat treating, and assembly areas. We’re looking for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and ready to grow within a manufacturing environment.

    Available Shifts:

    + Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    + Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    + Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    Primary Duties:

    + Operate and monitor machinery in various departments

    + Perform repetitive tasks while following standard operating procedures

    + Lift, push, and pull steel materials as needed

    + Work in high-heat environments while maintaining focus and efficiency

    + Wear all required PPE to ensure personal and team safety

    Required Experience / Skills:

    + Commitment to safety – "Safety is #1" attitude

    + Ability to work well with others and build positive team relationships

    + Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

    + Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation

    + Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

     

    Manufacturing experience is not required but is a plus.
