    We are seeking a Top Secret Cleared Superintendent to support local government construction projects. The role involves overseeing construction management and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee and manage government construction projects with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

    + Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

    + Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and government protocols throughout the construction process.

    Essential Skills

    + Active Top Secret Clearance

    + Proven experience as a Superintendent supporting government projects

    + Proficiency in construction quality management and project oversight

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) projects is a plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $67.31/hr.
