    As a **Level 2 Maintenance Mechanic** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities to include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that our wastewater facilities are safe and efficient.

     

    In this role, you will impact the overall success of the business by ensuring that our facilities are operating effectively and efficiently.

     

    Your expertise in maintenance will help to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and customers, contributing to the overall productivity and success of the organization.

     

    **SALARY:** The Salary Range for this position is $26.45 - $31.00 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

    This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments, to ensure the proper functioning of equipment

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime

    + Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failure and extend equipment lifespan

    + Collaborate with other maintenance team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical problems

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory

    + Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Prior experience in facilities maintenance

    + Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment

    + Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment

    + Associate's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or related field

    + Experience with preventive maintenance programs

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment
