Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Sales

Job Description

In this role, you will reach out to prospective clients, set up meetings to address current and future sales needs, and manage existing accounts to foster growth. You will also provide customer service to enhance relationships with existing accounts and ensure all relevant information is accurately entered into the company database.

Responsibilities

+ Reach out to prospective clients.

+ Set up meetings for current and future sales needs.

+ Manage existing accounts for growth.

+ Provide customer service to existing accounts to support growth.

+ Enter all relevant information into the company database.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in data entry.

+ Strong customer service skills.

+ Clerical experience.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

+ Sales experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ At least six months of sales or customer service experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
