    Job Description

    Join our team as an Assembler, where you will be responsible for performing the first assembly of high-end office furniture. Your tasks will include using various hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products. You will also operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, and be able to read blueprints effectively. 1st and 2nd shift positions available!

    Responsibilities

    + Perform the first assembly of high-end office furniture.

    + Utilize hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products.

    + Operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, and other equipment.

    + Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + Ensure quality control through inspection and finishing processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in carpentry and cabinetry.

    + Proficiency in assembly and woodworking techniques.

    + Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.

    + Experience with hand and power tools, including miter and table saws.

    + 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in machine operation is preferred but not required.

    + Familiarity with industrial painting and spray gun usage.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a newly built Milling department equipped with excellent ventilation and lighting, using new tools and equipment in a highly organized manufacturing process. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses (provided), and hearing protection (provided). You can wear jeans or shorts during the summer.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
