_Carpenter Responsibilities_

+ Interpret blueprints and perform accurate layout work.

+ Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns.

+ Install slab-on-grade and elevated concrete decks.

+ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

+ Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

_Laborer Responsibilities_

+ Assist with site preparation and cleanup.

+ Load, unload, and transport construction materials.

+ Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks.

+ Operate basic tools and equipment.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

_Qualifications_

+ Prior construction experience preferred (especially for Carpenter roles).

+ Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

+ Strong work ethic and reliability.

+ Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.

+ Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labor.

_Pay_

+ Concrete Laborer $20-23

+ Concrete Carpenters $23-30

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
