    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our team in Lakeville, MN. This position involves welding large custom industrial ovens using both MIG and TIG processes, with a focus on stainless steel. The role includes fabrication, blueprint reading, and light mechanical assembly.     Responsibilities

    + Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless and mild steel, mainly TIG on stainless

    + Assist with fabrication and assembly of large custom industrial ovens

    + Read and interpret blueprints for welding tasks

    + Use hand and power tools and basic fabrication equipment

    + Work on both bench and custom welding projects (75% welding, 25% assembly)

    Qualifications

    + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding - 70% TIG welding on stainless steel

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints

    + Experience with stainless and mild steel

    + Mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills

    + Prior experience in MIG and TIG welding

    Benefits

    + Pension plan with $2.05/hour contributions, paid out every five years

    + Two raises annually: one in August and another throughout the year ($0.40–$0.60)

    + Overtime available: Up to 10 hours during weekdays, plus weekends

    + Double-time pay for Sunday work

    This position is based in a extremely clean, well lit, and organized shop with a strong emphasis on safety. The team culture is laid-back but focused, with a variety of custom welding projects that keep the work interesting and rewarding.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
