    Position Summary

    We are seeking a creative Corporate Marketing Designer to join our growing marketing team in the self-insured health insurance space. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of visual storytelling, audience centric marketing, and healthcare communication. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets that support our brand strategy, engage our B2B audience, and communicate the value of our self-funded health solutions to employers, brokers, or partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Based on guides provided by the Brand Strategist and Creative Manager, design and produce a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, whitepapers, infographics, presentations, digital ads, and email campaigns.

    + Collaborate with sales, business development, client management, and marketing vertical teams to translate complex healthcare and insurance concepts into clear, engaging visuals.

    + Maintain company’s visual brand identity based on existing brand standards across all assets.

    + Support the development of campaign concepts and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.

    + Ensure all designs align with regulatory and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.

    + Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

    + 3+ years of corporate marketing design experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or B2B industries.

    + Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print.

    + Profici ency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).

    + Understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and color theory.

    + Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to brand development.

    + Understanding of print and production environments including experience working printers and other production vendors

    + Familiarity with the self-insured health insurance model including healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) in marketing materials or willingness to learn quickly.

    + Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
