What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Digital Production Designer, you will lead the creative execution of Amazon-specific assets across a portfolio of brands, working cross-functionally with merchandising, brand, and creative partners to drive a best-in-class consumer experience. You will also manage and develop a junior designer, providing strategic oversight, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality output and team growth.
• Oversee the creation and adaptation of global and regional assets into Amazon-specific formats, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with retailer requirements
• Lead the design and production of digital assets across the Amazon ecosystem (e.g., brand stores, PDPs, A+ content, paid media), ensuring alignment with business goals and creative strategy
• Partner with Amazon Account Leads to proactively plan asset needs and deliverables in accordance with key launch timelines and brand campaigns
• Act as a key stakeholder in the creative feedback loop – providing direction, iterating designs, and driving continuous improvement in asset quality and performance
• Collaborate on the development of brand-specific Amazon asset guidelines to streamline workflows and ensure visual excellence
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects across brands
• Manage and develop a Production Designer, providing strategic direction, coaching, and ongoing feedback to support growth, strengthen capabilities, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality creative assets
• Stay current on Amazon design trends, platform updates, and ecommerce creative innovations to inform and evolve design best practices
Qualifications
• BS/BA required
• 4–6 years of digital design experience, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce and mobile-first design (Amazon experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex design projects from concept through delivery across multiple brands and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, eye for design
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience working in a cross-functional, highly collaborative environment
• Proficiency in Figma
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$73,150.00** **to** **$109,200.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
