    Special Education Teacher – Mild/Moderate

     

    About the Role

    Amergis Staffing is hiring a Mild/Moderate Special Education Teacher to support K–12 students in Paso Robles, CA for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a full-time, in-person position offering competitive compensation and a supportive school environment.

    Position Highlights

    + Start Date: August 2025

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week

    + Caseload/Grade Level: To be discussed in interview

    + Service Model: Resource or self-contained classroom

    Qualifications

    + Valid California Education Specialist Credential – Mild/Moderate

    + Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (required)

    + Minimum of 1–2 years of classroom experience preferred

    + Strong collaboration, communication, and classroom management skills
