We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Dallas, Texas location. This role is a vital part of our client-facing operations and is responsible for supporting customer needs through order processing, status updates, and coordination between departments to ensure on-time and accurate project fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, timelines, pricing, and general inquiries
+ Accurately enter and maintain customer orders in our internal software system
+ Review and confirm order details with customers, ensuring all documentation is received and accurate before production
+ Collaborate with the Estimation, Production, and Shipping departments to ensure seamless execution of orders
+ Monitor production schedules and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
+ Handle and resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels
+ Answer inbound calls and emails from customers, contractors, and vendors with efficiency and professionalism
+ Support internal teams with any customer-related data or documentation needed for successful fabrication and delivery
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Prepare product samples in coordination with production for customer review and approval.
+ Package glass and hardware samples securely and professionally to prevent damage during transit.
+ Coordinate with Shipping Department to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of samples to clients.
+ Maintain sample inventory and log outgoing sample shipments.
+ Follow up with clients to confirm receipt and satisfaction with samples.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or order coordination role
+ Experience in glass fabrication, construction materials, or building products industry strongly preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Highly technical with experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Salesforce
+ Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Salary: $55,000-70,000 annually
