    About the Department:

    + Neurology is the branch of medicine focused on the study and treatment of disorders of the nervous system, encompassing the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. Neurologists are medical doctors specializing in diagnosing and managing conditions affecting this intricate network, which controls and regulates all bodily functions.

    About The Career:

    + The position of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) focuses on providing direct patient care. The LPN will be responsible for rooming the patients daily, to include manual blood pressures, O2, weight, heart rate. Attention to detail is of the upmost importance for medication reconciliation. The LPN will also be responsible for obtaining test results and with collaboration of the provider, generating orders or phone calls to the patient.

    All About You :

    + Education: Graduate LPN nursing program, with current or pending Colorado nursing license.

    + BCLS required on hire.

    + The ability to make appropriate decisions based on fact and knowledge is required.
