    RBR-Technologies has an opening for an Operations Planner, and we expect contract award September, 2025

     

    The Operations Planner provides subject matter expertise in developing, executing, and improving operational planning efforts in support of a Combat Support Agency providing IT support to the warfighter. Subject matter expertise in the Joint Planning and Execution System (JPES) and in leading and participating in the Joint Planning Process (JPP).  Analyzes policy and strategy documents to develop operational plans, CONOPs, and associated planning artifacts in accordance with Joint doctrine for operational planning. Liaises with the Services, DoD entities, and interagency partners; participates in joint working groups and operational planning teams with government clients. Interfaces with Flag Officers and senior civilian (Senior Executive Service) leaders on matters of joint doctrine, planning, and operations

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Active DoD TS/SCI clearance

    + Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience assisting with the development of operational plans that support the DoD and Joint programs; OR a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience assisting with the development of operational plans that support the DoD and Joint programs; OR 20+ years of experience assisting with the development of operational plans and that support the DoD and Joint or programs in lieu of a degree

    + Experience supporting operational planning at a Combat Support Agency, Division (or service equivalent) Staff, Service Component Command Staff

    + Experience using Microsoft Suite programs, including PowerPoint, Project, and Word

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + Senior Service College Graduate

    + School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS), or service-equivalent graduate

    + Prior experience with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)

    + Prior experience with the DoD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC, formerly JFHQ-DoDIN )
