**AIRLIFT NORTHWEST** has an outstanding opportunity for a **OUTREACH COORDINATOR** in **_Central and Eastern_** Washington.
WORK SCHEDULE
+ 100% FTE
+ Variable Schedule Based on Client Needs **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
+ _Strategic Outreach & Referral Development_ – Lead ALNW’s outreach initiatives in Central and Eastern Washington, analyzing patient flight requests, identifying trends, and strengthening relationships with referral sources to increase transport requests.
+ _Community Engagement & Program Growth_ – Represent ALNW at hospital advisory boards, trauma meetings, and community events, while also assisting in developing membership sales strategies and marketing efforts.
+ _Data Analysis & Impact Tracking_ – Utilize ALNW data sources and CRM tools to analyze market trends, measure outreach success, and inform strategic planning, ensuring alignment with ALNW’s operational goals. **DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**
Airlift Northwest (ALNW) is a critical care transport service within UW Medicine, providing life-saving air medical transportation across Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Southeast Alaska. ALNW collaborates closely with healthcare providers, pre-hospital agencies, and hospitals to ensure timely, high-quality patient care. The Strategic Outreach team plays a vital role in strengthening referral relationships, increasing patient transport requests, and expanding membership programs, ultimately supporting UW Medicine’s mission to deliver world-class healthcare.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Execution of Airlift Northwest outreach tactics in Central and Eastern Washington (Greater Spokane area and more)
+ Analysis of market data using Airlift Northwest data sources and market data
+ Collaboration with local staff and management in managing outreach projects and regular communication with requestors
+ Organize attendance at local hospital trauma advisory boards, state trauma meetings, and other meetings pertinent to the mission
+ Increasing call volume from varied requestors in the Eastern Washington market as determined by business goals **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field
+ 2-3 year's experience in the process, flow, and operations of sales and outreach
+ Experience in developing and analyzing prospect lists, cold calling, developing customer relationships, and identifying and meeting customer needs
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with CRM software
+ Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree requirement **ABOUT AIRLIFT NORTHWEST**
