Job Summary

This role supervises and coordinates daily electrical and relay maintenance work (e.g., breakers, batteries, motors, HVAC, relays) consistent with standardized Vistra Nuclear Operating Company Fleet practices, policies, and procedures.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

+ Ensure personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform assigned activities.

+ Assign tasks and manage personnel to ensure due dates and completions standards are met.

+ Promptly investigate and settle grievances.

+ Enforce the terms of the company/union agreement.

+ Perform Emergency Response Organization duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Five to seven years of experience in discipline.

+ Meets station procedural requirements.

+ Exhibit professional work ethics and leadership abilities

+ Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical discipline or related field. preferred

+ Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred

+ Must reside within site-specific Emergency Response Organization response time.
