    Description

    SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our team in St. Inigoes, MD.

     

    This position will require onsite support 2 days per week. A minimum of an Interim Secret clearance will be required to begin work.

     

    + Utilization of MS Excel functions and the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) Tool for analysis of program requirements, status, budget, funds, and schedules.

    + Perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provide recommendations to ensure program success.

    + Provide program analysis support for all aspects of the program. Participate as a member of and/or supports the overall Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

    + Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

    + Apply policies and procedures for financial planning.

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelors and five (5) years or more of related experience; additional years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

    + At least three (3) years of experience in supporting Navy/DoD environment and customers.

    + Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs utilizing the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) tool.

    + **Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start to date – and a Secret clearance once on board.**

     

    Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
