Acxiom is seeking a Sr. Agency Partnership Manager to lead and manage key agency relationships across the healthcare vertical. This role is highly strategic and client-facing — serving as the external face of Acxiom Health with agency partners. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in pharma/healthcare media, a strong grasp of audience strategy and digital activation, and the ability to navigate complex agency ecosystems.
This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions for audience targeting, campaign measurement, and digital activation.
In addition to client and agency management, this role also owns and manages administrative responsibilities related to partnerships — including the delivery of assets to and from partners, resolving internal blockers during implementation, managing invoices, and supporting contract administration.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
+ Lead day-to-day engagement with agency partners to support healthcare client campaigns, ensuring successful audience targeting and activation
+ Translate media goals and brand objectives into actionable audience strategy using Acxiom data
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support partner needs and resolve delivery blockers
+ Serve as a key conduit between Product and Agency teams — helping to translate product updates, roadmap developments, and enhancements to both external partners and internal teams
+ Stay informed on compliance requirements (HIPAA, NAI) and evolving healthcare media trends
+ Support alignment on audience strategy and performance reporting, driving adoption of Acxiom Health offerings
+ Own key operational tasks including asset delivery, invoicing, and partnership administration
+ Contribute to shaping agency strategy and identifying opportunities to enhance Acxiom’s presence within agency partners and the broader healthcare ecosystem
• **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare brands in a media strategy, media execution, or digital partnership capacity (DTC and/or HCP campaigns)
+ Strong understanding of the media marketing mix and how various channels (Programmatic, Social, TV, Audio) perform within the healthcare vertical
+ Familiarity with healthcare measurement approaches, including vendor options, and campaign KPIs
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate media and data strategies clearly to both internal stakeholders and external agency teams
+ Project management experience — able to manage timelines, cross-team collaboration, and follow-through on client deliverables
+ Some understanding of Acxiom’s offerings or similar audience/data targeting platforms
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing and cross-functional contexts
+ Quantitative skills and comfort with basic budgeting, forecasting, or campaign performance tracking
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
+ Advanced, proven knowledge of Acxiom products
Travel %: Up to 20%

Salary: $117,500 - $153,000. Please note, where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, location, pertinent experience, and qualifications.”
